What services do you offer?

 We offer wash and fold, pick-up and delivery, and drop-off services for residential and commercial customers with a turnaround time frame of 24 hours.

Press services are available for linens, tablecloths, sheets, and pillowcases for commercial related laundry services with a turnaround time frame of 24 hours.

Exceptions apply for specialty and large sized orders.

Do you service commercial accounts?

Yes, you may request a quote for commercial needs by sending us an email at info@splashde.com or calling us at 302-854-0300 Ext 4

How can I place an order?

There are many ways!  We encourage you to create an account with Splash! under the “Your Account” tab on our website. All your key information will be saved in your profile which will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders while saving you time. Once the profile is created, you can click on “schedule a pickup” tab and it will easily walk you through the steps to place your order.

You can also use our app (splash!) to schedule a pickup for your laundry.

You can place an order by simply texting the word “Pickup” to (302) 842-8992and an order will be placed for the next available pickup/delivery window. To use the texting feature, you must have an active Splash! account.

Is there a minimum amount required for an order?

Our minimum order for Wash & Fold is $52.50 (30 lbs. minimum), within Sussex County, Delaware. There is a minimum of $70 (40 lbs. minimum), for orders beyond county or state lines; all orders include free pick up and delivery.

We accept orders under the $52.50 minimum but those orders will be subject to a fee that reflects the difference. (In other words, you’ll pay a minimum of $52.50 per order, even if the cost of services is less than $52.50)

Is there a charge for Missed Pickups?

Yes, Splash! reserves the right to charge for Missed Pickups ($30) for orders within Sussex County, Delaware and ($40) for orders beyond county or state lines in the event that a pickup is missed by the customer.

What areas does Splash service?

We are currently servicing all of Sussex County and some parts of Kent County, Delaware and Ocean City Maryland. If you are unsure if we can deliver to your area, download the app and enter your zip code or email us at info@splashde.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

What time do you pick up and deliver?

As our customer, we cater to you. You choose the pick-up and delivery time based on the availability when placing the order. Pick-up and delivery hours are between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays between 7am-1pm, excluding Holidays.

Does pick-up and delivery cost extra?

Our customers utilizing our pick-up and delivery services will not be charged any extra fee during our regular pick-up/delivery times within our service areas. Your laundry will be picked-up and delivered in accordance with the selections you make while placing your order. Please note that there will be no pick-up or drop-off during holidays or when Splash! is closed.

Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?

No, we are all about convenience for our customers. You would just need to place your laundry at the designated pickup location of your choice and carry on with your day. We’ll pick up your clothes, wash, dry, fold, and deliver them back to you in the same location as pick-up. You will also receive updates on your order throughout the process.

Is there a specific way to pack my laundry to be picked up?

At Splash!, we strive to cater to our customers. Therefore, you can put your laundry to be picked up in your bag of choice. All we ask is that the bag is closed at the top. Some of our customers use disposable bags or laundry bags.

Do I need to include an order form with my clothes for pickup?

No, since all orders are submitted online, by phone or via our app (splash!), our staff will already know what services will be provided to you. When your clothes are picked up, we will tag your bags and send you confirmation via text or email, that they were picked up.

Do I need to weigh my clothes prior to pick up?

 No, we will take care of that for you at our facility.

How do I pay for your laundry services?

For pick-up and delivery orders, payments can be made via credit or debit card when placing the order.

For drop-off services, payments can be made via credit or debit card, and cash.

How do I get a Splash! Laundry Bag?

First time customers will receive a complimentary Splash! laundry bag upon their first order. Our eco-friendly laundry bags are available for purchase online or in our facility.

Do I have to sort my laundry by colors (lights and darks)?

No, our job is to make things easier for our customers. As a customer, all you have to do is place your order and we will take care of everything else.

Do my clothes get mixed with other orders?

 No, your laundry is always kept together and separate from other orders. Therefore, there are no sanitation concerns and no risk of your clothes getting lost.

What if it is raining when my clothes are returned?

No worries, your clothes are returned in weather-proof sealed bags to ensure they remain clean and fresh.

Which laundry detergent do you use?

Splash! use Tide detergent, hypoallergenic, as well as free and clear products that have been proven to be environmentally friendly and allows for your clothes to stay in pristine condition.

Can I request a hypoallergenic detergent?

Absolutely! Just choose “hypoallergenic” when you order, however there will be an extra charge. Our staff will use Liquid a premium hypoallergenic detergent for your laundry.

What if I have special requests with my laundry?

Many of our customers have special requests such as air-dry/gentle-wash clothes or for certain items to be placed in a hanger instead of folded. All we ask is that a note be placed inside the bag with those special instructions/requests. If there is a request for items to be placed in a hanger, we ask that you place the correct number of hangers in your laundry bag.

Are your machines equipped to handle large items such as comforters?

Yes, we can wash and dry any size comforters! We pride ourselves in our laundry machines which are programmed to handle large items.

Do you launder my clothes in cold water or hot?

We launder clothes in cold water only as that is the best water temperature to preserve your laundry. However, if you want us to launder your clothes in hot water simply request it in “special instructions” and we will accommodate to you.

What are Laundry Lockers?

As another way to accommodate to our customers we now offer Splash! Lockers, which are located in our facilities and other designated locations. This service will provide out customer with contactless and secure ways to receive our laundry services.

To use, simply place your bag(s) into an open Splash! Locker, and follow the steps listed on the outside of the locker to lock it. Placed the order through our online services or app (splash!). You will receive a notification when your laundry is ready for pick up from the Splash! Locker.

The turnaround time for our Splash! Lockers is next day for wash and fold services.

We recommend that you place your Splash! Locker order for a return date and time that you will be able to pick-up your laundry. We strive to provide services to as many customer as possible and therefore unclaimed items may be removed from the Splash! Locker by our staff and put into storage in order to prepare the Splash! Locker for other customers.
